Youth Parliament

Youth Parliament is conducted annually in Kendriya Vidyalayas at three levels – Regional, Zonal, and National. This initiative aims to familiarize students with the functioning of the parliamentary system in India. It provides a significant platform for young individuals to actively participate in parliamentary-style debates, discussions, and decision-making processes.

National Youth Parliament Scheme
The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs launched the web portal of the National Youth Parliament Scheme (NYPS) on 26th November, 2019, to expand the outreach of Youth Parliament Programme of the Ministry to all the recognized educational institutions of the country.
