Message’s From
Commissioner, Nidhi Pandey, IIS
Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the entire teaching community on the occasion of Teachers’ Day 2024!
Today, as we celebrate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan extends its deepest gratitude and respect to all educators.
Mrs. Shahida Parveen
Deputy Commissioner
Heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all on the auspicious occasion of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Foundation Day. As we celebrate the glorious Diamond Jubilee of our prestigious organization, it fills us with immense joy, enthusiasm, and pride to reflect upon the remarkable journey we have undertaken together. This day serves as a poignant reminder of the pivotal role this esteemed organization plays in fostering national unity, humanity, and prosperity through the power of education. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is committed to nurturing the holistic development of students, ensuring a uniform curriculum and educational standards across all its schools throughout India. The 69 Kendriya Vidyalayas in the Mumbai Region uphold this commitment by placing a strong emphasis on imparting life skills and fostering harmony through child-centric learning activities. At KVS, our motto is: “Hiranmayen Patren Satyasyapihitam Mukham Tat Tvam Pushannapavrunu Satyadharmay Drishtaye.” Pupils must therefore acquire the knowledge and perspective necessary to overcome the allure of falsity and embrace Satyam Shivam Sundaram through the transformative power of education. As education continually evolves, KVS remains committed to adapting to change. All Kendriya Vidyalayas are currently implementing the New Education Policy-2020, a policy for the revitalization of India in the global context. It aligns with the needs of the times, society, and national culture. In addition to academic pursuits, activities such as sports, music, art, and dance are integral parts of Kendriya Vidyalayas’ curriculum. Utilizing our resources and the dedication of our teachers and staff, students are offered numerous platforms to shape their futures. As we embark on this journey forward, let us reaffirm our commitment to nurturing the next generation of responsible, compassionate, and empowered citizens. Together, let us continue to strive for excellence and contribute towards building a brighter future for our nation. With best wishes, Shahida Parveen

Respected parents, as you know that today’s world is the world of knowledgeable person. One can win the world on the base of knowledge. Knowledge can not be gain over night or one day or one year. Learning is the life long process. It is continuous process throughout life. One can learn from every one and every where. During childhood stage proper learning is more important than execution of the knowledge. It is believed that adolescence age has plenty of enthusiasm and zeal. This stage is full of emotions and ideas. Now it is the moral, ethical and social duty of parents, society and educational institutions to provide them proper teaching –learning atmosphere in the home and school as well. Provide them necessary educational facilities for developing thinking ability. Insure their health care and nutrition. Show them right and convenient path of life. Mold their emotion and feeling for better creation. Recognize their positive ideas and scientific temper. To fulfill the ambitions of parents, society, nation and humanity some strategies are needed. In this regards schools and other responsible institutions are doing their business and job in their own way under the roof of governance policy. But at the same time parents role is pivotal. They have better understanding with the child. Henceforth some suggestions and tips are being given here with an appeal that they may follow-up and help school in all round development of the child.
